Every pool layout is different. A single barrier on a flat block takes less time than a multi-level property with several gates. The inspection starts from $100 + GST, and we confirm your exact price when you book. You know the figure before Rob arrives.

The QBCC certificate fee is separate. It is $47.30 with no GST, and we pass it on at cost. Rob lodges your pool safety certificate (Form 23) for you. QBCC pool registration is included at no extra cost. You deal with one person from booking to certificate.

A re-inspection costs from $79 + GST, and you only pay it if one is needed. If your pool needs fixes, you get a Form 26 notice listing each one. The re-inspection must happen within 3 months, by Rob. He does minor repairs himself and quotes bigger work upfront.

A pool safety consultation costs from $100 + GST. Rob walks you through what passes and what needs work. You then book the inspection when your pool is ready.

A compliant CPR sign costs $35 + GST. Every Queensland pool must display one where it can be seen from the pool area. Older signs may not meet the current standard. Rob checks yours during the inspection and can supply a compliant one.

Yes, repairs are quoted separately. Rob handles minor repairs himself, such as latches, hinges, climbable objects and small fence sections. Small fixes can often be done on the day. Bigger work is quoted upfront, before anything starts. You see the price first and decide what happens next.
